The only thing that is important is the length of time that you are fasting after the meal. Aim for 16-72 hours of fasting after each meal.
The only time it makes any sense to time nutrients and meals on a specific timeframe is if you’re trying to optimize nutrition for peak performance during specific workouts/athletic performances.
