The process (training requirements) are decided by each county sheriff. And it is definitely easier now to get a CCW in a shitlib county like Los Angeles compared to before. |

Date: May 31st, 2025 12:56 PM Author: Sooty Theater under the old regime, any CCW was effective state-wide. so if you lived in a rural county not far from a major city you could get a CCW at home and then carry in the city where it was forbidden.
SF got so bad with gun regs that the last gun shop in town left but the city passed a bunch of gun shop regs anyway even though there was no one left to regulate. |
