HDL too low for my liking. probably from taking benzos since they're known to lower HDL.

Way too low. You must be a high-carbmo. Ideal total cholesterol is about 235. 140 cholesterol is more likely to be associated with a health event than 300 cholesterol.

just received my first blood test results and i'm a little surprised by the LDL. i'm a skinnymo, walk ~1.5 hours a day, eat kind of keto but not all the way, plenty of veggies, and only drink once a week. dad has the same issue and takes statins, but he drinks a lot and hardly exercises. no one in my family has had a heart attack and i eat much better and work out way more than they do/did. am i ok or can i drop dead at any moment?

HDL: 54

LDL: 160

Total cholesterol: 233

Triglycerides: 106

HbA1c: 5.4%
