It's an underrated advantage for Ukraine that they have a much longer list of economically significant targets to bomb than Russia does at this point in the war. Hitting some apartment complexes in Kiev isn't economically that significant, plus it helps solidify Ukrainian support in Europe. but also russia does not have a lot of oil storage capacity between drilling locations and refining. with refining down then they don’t have anywhere to send the oil so they actually have to reduce or halt drilling |
