Cognitive distortion — taking whatever reality actually is and twisting it to their purposes. 2. Relationship disruption and isolation — if you’re the target, assessing the damage done to your supporting relationships by the person w/BPD. 3. Plausible deniability — what the person that has BPD will likely say when they are confronted with their behavior. 4. Emotional reasoning and manipulation of mental models, leading to triangulation — what people w/BPD use to ‘latch in’ people’s support when they distort the circumstance in question.
You should do your own research on the web on this topic. You may be surprised by the results. |
