med tech/biotech or hc VC/PE is pretty credited and makes the med training still relevant |

top tier HC/Medtech VCs like essex woodlands have almost all MDs for investment professionals. their value add (i.e. allocating capital to commercialize viable technologies /treatments) is more valuable and impactful than if they were practicing physicians |
