Why is it that everytime I eat, I eat way too much & then feel guilty?

I place the slab of cheddar on the tortilla and place it into a microwave for 20 seconds. Remove, roll up the tortilla around the melted cheese and devour. It’s way too lazy to be an enchilada, so I call it a cheese roll up instead. |
