I had a lot of freakouts for a while about this shit. I literally used to wake up in the middle of the night thinking that police had come to my home.
No joke, sometimes I would wake up at 5am and stare out my window, waiting for the police to come for about an hour. Sometimes even the slightest noise would awaken me, bringing me to the window watching.
In retrospect, I had never even seen an underage video (though later I may have). The girls just start looking really young when you are older than 25.

I don't know about some backward ass state prosecutors, but the feds definitely don't bother with questionable shit. They go after folks who have deliberately downloaded and/or shared a ton of really heinous stuff. I mean, the stuff where there's *no* possiblity that the person was 18 (or 10 for that matter), and lots of it. They know that shit sometimes just pops up on people that are looking for adult porn.
