i did actually permanently change a couple of my habits that were extremely low hanging fruit but i've relapsed on almost everything else out of my own weakness |

The cues and habits never really go away and are always etched in the brain grooves without heavy sandoz LSD and EMDR etc lol, you literally just have to remove the environment and cue entirely it's honestly insane how dumb and easily malleable the human brain is |
