If they matched american grads, the american grads would have leverage to call BS on crap like 120 hour work weeks.
When you have FMG slaves at your institution, you can crack the whip on them and they have no choice but to do your bidding. What are they gonna do? Say no and get their visa revoked and kicked out of the country?
There are dozens of residency programs in the NYC area who wont match american grads -- they will only hire foreigners because they can control them. |
