Paul Hastings, Morgan Lewis, Winston used to be good, but are very much in decline. Baker Botts and Perkins Coie have some strong regional practices, but aren't great overall. Baker McKenzie is strong in tax, but a shitshow. DLA Piper, K&LG = LOL.
Ropes, Mofo, O'Melveny, Hogan are on their way down. The Magic Circle firms (other than maybe Clifford Chance) have failed in the US.
Member when Shearman was V10?

I don't understand what Sidley (?), Mayer Brown (appellate lit?), Proskauer (labor and sports?), Goodwin (tech?), and K&S (?) have to offer. |
