In 5 years when the Dow is at like 55-60K you'll wish you could have bought at these levels. It is possible it will keep going down in the short term, and I'll keep buying as it does. If the Dow gets under 33-35K I'll probably dump in all my cash, but I'll have to see the market conditions if/when we get there. My opinion might change.
