Should I take this in-house job part III, higher-ed counsel....

No debt, 200k net worth.
Counsel position pays ~100k, 9-5 hours and is located in ideal location. Major university in small-ish state (think Colorado).
Problem: I wasn't looking to leave until year 4 or 5. Would require relocation and wife has good job (100k/yr).

Wife should find comparable job, but make take awhile. She just started a new job last November and enjoys working there. This is probably the hardest aspect of my decision. |

probably forcloses any other in house gig, but would be interested in hearing more about this.
