I know that one famous lawyer who got suspended for robosigning his NF pleadings, and I know some of those lawyers who got perma fucked for running runners in the Bronx back in 2009. One of them is a paralegal at my old firm now. I know a bunch who got tangled up with various insurance frauds but managed to get off with just letters of admonishment because their clients took the rap. And I know one who got PWND for running a medical office. His wife ended up in prison. Basically, if there's a dirty lawyer in NY I've met him. Date: May 12th, 2013 8:04 PM Author: khaki boistinker national already was c&f approved earlier this year. however, got a DUI this year. my court date is in july. do i call them now or wait til after my conviction? will my ability to practice be delayed while they investigate this or what?
I'm worried that I'm pretty fucked when applying for jobs now that I have a very recent DUI on my record that I'll have to report, but that is another issue. |

The second guy had a bad gambling problem and he also stole client funds and commingled trust account funds. |
