I was the last one to the conference room. I loaded up the Chicago Bulls opening song on my phone and played it as I entered. Boss lol'd.
My boss asks who wants to speak first and gives me the option of speaking first.
"What I say depends upon what they say," I deadpanned. So then the office manager says that he'll start.
He says some shit about he's the head of the HR team and he takes their complaints seriously, he probably should have approached me and my paralegal directly before running to the boss and scheduling the meeting.
The way my boss runs these meetings is that someone says their peace and then the other side is supposed to repeat back what they just said without embellishment.
So then the office manager mentions a story from a couple weeks ago about an email exchange I had with the azn HR cunt. We aren't supposed to interrupt each other at this stage of the meeting, but I pulled a Trump and was all, "Excuse me, excuse me (not flame, I did it twice), she is claiming she was offended by that email chain? This is exactly the type of bullshit I was talking about. This is why I didn't want to have that meeting. I'll print out the entire fucking email chain right now and she can point out where I said anything offensive--"
I was instructed not to interrupt, that I had my chance to speak first. I interrupted two more times before the boss was like, okay, that's the third time now, you have to stop interrupting.
At some point I said to the office manager, "Well if you weren't locked in your office all day doing who-knows-what maybe you'd see what was going on and wouldn't have to rely on hearsay."
The office manager replied that my boss talked to him today about his door being locked and he's going to keep it unlocked from now on. My boss apparently did a pre-emptive strike so I wouldn't allege porn during the meeting lol.
Hold on, I have to move my car, will finish update in a few.

So I told a couple anecdotes about the azn bitch which was kind of funny because before I launched into a story about her I'd preface it with, "I'm not trying to beat up on you . . ." and then I would do exactly that. One time I said, "I'm carefully choosing my words so you don't take this the wrong way" before tearing into her. I didn't curse or anything and by this point I was pretty calm.
She kept trying to use this email against me that I sent to my boss a month or two ago where I said she had a "shitty fucking attitude" and my boss forwarded it to her by accident (he didn't read that last sentence of my email).
I went on a nice, little rant about how they tried turning that around on me and said I did nothing wrong. I said if you want to blame that email on someone, blame my boss for forwarding it, but don't you tell me how I can talk to my boss. And, you completely ignored the fact that she had a SHITTY FUCKING ATTITUDE that day. I raised my voice when I said it. That brought the focus onto her attitude.
At the end, the solution we all agreed upon was that everyone needs to grow a thicker skin. So I guess we won?

I talked to my boss after everyone else left the office for the day. Before the meeting he had his talk with the office manager because of the incident where I slammed my office door in his face. Boss said I had him, "Worked into a tizzy." He said office manager "was on the warpath."
My artful slicing and dicing of the azn hr girl apparently had its desired effect. She was upset after the meeting and my boss had to take her out for a smoothie to calm her down.
The big difference between us in that meeting is that I kept interrupting in the beginning, but everytime I did I got a good shot in, purposefully. She kept trying to respond to my shots by interrupting herself and she kept getting shut down. She was getting frustrated as hell. Everytime she interrupted she'd go, "Can I respond to what Chilmata said, he accused me of--" and they'd go, "No, it isn't your turn, you'll get your turn to speak."

This update is for those of you who thought I was overreacting to the meeting the azn girl scheduled.
A follow up meeting was supposed to take place this last Tuesday to make sure everything was cool. On Tuesday one of the HR girls, not the azn one, comes up to me and asks if we really needed to have the follow-up meeting?
I was all, "No, we cool, right?" She nodded, I high-fived her, and I walked away.
I definitely overreacted. No question about it. That is called a deterrent. You millennials could learn a thing or two from me.
