Sometimes I'll also take the same amount as a booze/benzo alternative if I'm especially stressed
Have never had a shred of withdrawal/dependency like some apparently do, I often go a week or two without touching it |

i used it only on the weekends at first, then went 5 days in a row. which i stopped because of the horror stories. had a constant headache all day yesterday, and a dull persistent headache just cropped up in the last two hours tonight. |
