I usually am a pretty good closer on the exam, and I was prepared and knew everything as well as could be. A couple questions threw me for a loop and I started second guessing my answers which = doom.

anyhow I found myself running out of time on a test that was not that long. I dont think I failed, but I didn't do as well as I should have.

I am not sure - I think IF they sold control then revlon kicks in (no discrimination unless it will help your shareholders bottom line). however it was up in the air if they were going to sell controll (ala paramount v. time) so it was confusing which standard to apply to what defense.

also there was a complex math problem with preferred stock conversion that took me twice as long as I should have, because I second guessed what number to use 10 times. I think I got that one right though.

because there is a clear difference between those three things, they just sound the same. And if the multiple choice gives you those answers to a fact pattern, it refreshes your mind and you just have to know enough about each to see what fits.
