Rather, partners are assigned percentage points based upon a variety of factors. At the end of the year, you get a share of the net "profit" based upon your percentage. Throughout the year, you are essentially taking advances from your anticipated end of the year check in the form of monthly draws. I could have set my draw higher, but kept my current rate of pay to be conservative and hopefully get a huge check at the end of the yer.
