Culture of the company is extremely woke (interviewers snapped approval at my answers). Final exercise of the day is forcing a room full of adults to draw "genderbread" cookies of ourselves going so far as to ask us who we are sexually and romantically attracted to and trying to force us to share to a room full of our colleagues and supervisors. As a funny sidenote compliance would make me (gay) out myself to a room of exclusively straight people shortly after being fired for being gay from a catholic institution.
