Then she made everyone watch the screen. The lion king song started playing but not the one we’re used to. Not from the movie. It was a 180 song from the Broadway show (a pleasant surprise).
It’s called “They Live in You.” It was a song where Simba was being told that his dad and all the kings in the past live in you even though they’re dead. They’re guiding him from beyond.
Well the story wasn’t so “inspiring” for the groom. The montage was of all her past men she’s slept with or dated (a total of 4 minutes lol).
Then the bridesmaid says “Greg, all of Lindsay’s past men…they all live in you. They’re reaching out to you from beyond to treat Lindsay right. They’re guiding you. They’re teaching you about her and her needs and her body.”
The whole room clapped. Then she asked the men to stand up and come over and give Greg a pound. He stood there with a horse faced look and smile. Balding.
He makes $700k and has an inheritance of $15 million. |
