RANK THESE CLASSES FOR CORP

I don't want to take all these classes because it would be too much work. Negotiation and K drafting are supposed to be pretty good at my school. |

Some people hype those classes a lot but in the end, they are a lot of work and try to teach something that might be mostly common sense and/or suited for learning on the job. The rest of the classes are pretty much optional. M&A seems like it would be pertinent, but it overlaps a good deal with corporations and corporate tax and is easy enough to learn on your own. |

But lord knows Secured Transactions is more likely to be applicable to practice than a basic drafting class or trusts and estates.
