I'm sure the midwit "conservatives" who wrote this law didn't actually argue a convincing compelling interest for why this stuff should be banned. Probably just a bunch of empty language about how "bad stuff is bad because it's bad"
What the law actually should have said is that homosexuality, transexuality, sexual deviancy etc is bad because it spreads disease, reduces birth rates, lowers society's human capital, etc. Actual arguments for why this is bad beyond "we don't like it"
