Susman (no quota) Gibbs & Bruns (at least two, probably more) Keker & Van Nest Beck Redden
Bartlit is one that doesn't, although they do occasionally take 3Ls in the summer before their clerkships.
The whole "waste of time" thought process is ridiculous. You never know unless you try.
