three weeks of PTO starts today. what should i do?

Date: May 18th, 2024 11:04 AM Author: Dead stage job has been overloading me and stressing me out to the point where i started having panic attacks. now taking a huge dose of benzos to prevent the panic attacks and reduce the anxiety.
here’s what i have planned so far:
today and tomorrow: do basically nothing other than exercise. recovery from work.
one week from now: a friend will be in town and we plan on going hiking.
toward the end of PTO: spam my resume everywhere to find a less stressful job.
i have lots of free time. i don’t what to do with it. i just want to do nothing. |
