Let’s see how analytical you fags are. Closest guess wins a DM pic of either my cock or my GF’s holds (their choice)

I had a friend who was a vegetarian for efficiency/environmental reasons. He would always tell me we spend more land/water etc. on livestock than actual vegetables. I’d guess crop growing (including crops to feed livestock) is maybe 8-10% of dry land?

100% because it's all used by some living beings, and humans are apex predators, meaning all living beings are ultimately consumed by us via the food chain

I would guess about 10%. There’s a handful of super agriculturally-intense growing areas (Central US and Canada; Ukraine and Russia around the Black Sea; northern China) where the use has to be in the 90%+. Then there are the far north regions of Canada and Russia which have a lot of land that can’t be farmed, plus deserts in Northern Africa and Australia, plus Antarctica, where’s its all 0%. Factor in mountain ranges and equatorial rainforests with low soil quality and it’s got to drop to around 10%.

"Earth's total arable land is 10.7% of the land surface, with 1.3% being permanent cropland.[114][115] Earth has an estimated 16.7 million km2 (6.4 million sq mi) of cropland and 33.5 million km2 (12.9 million sq mi) of pastureland."

That's crazy

was waiting for you to poast this because i have a big gripe with this after i googled it.

total *arable* land is much smaller than *total* land. my guess was based on discounting land like the himalayas, rainforest, etc. also, these numbers seem to include land that is used in agriculture but not "dedicated to crops", which i took to mean "how much of our land do we actually plant shit in to eat." i didn't think stuff like a tractor barn or grain silo would count. in conclusion, i demand a picture of your cock.

I don't understand the gripe? The answer is that only 1.3% of earth's land surface is dedicated to crops.

Which is like 0.036% of the whole surface of the earth which is wild. This planet must be really big.

my bad. in other articles it inflated the number by only considering a portion of "land" and i didn't read yours closely enough.

can i see your dick anyway?
