In the last episode, when Quinn is getting ready to shoot Brody, Estes says says "stand down, we still need him." So Estes is probably in on whatever game Quinn is running (this theory is reinforced by the fact that the guy Quinn talked to on the bus was some black ops dood from back in the day). |
