I do. Can be a major lifehack but you need to find a place that knows what they're doing and that you can trust. Guy I know in that business jokes there's an Enterprise rental lot in Houston that floods like once a year and they purposely put their most beat to shit cars there so they can get flooded and written off. He buys them for auction value minimums and flips them to dumbasses.
I had a theft recovery car that was solid besides the stereo being ripped to shit and wonky once they put it back together. also had a side passenger collision suv that was rebuilt and I kept it with barely any issues for like 13 years. Floods can be rebuilt but it seems very hit or miss.
