In Iran's recent missile attacks, there was limited damage in Tel Aviv and its surroundings (CNN, Reuters: one house destroyed, 6 injured). The images match the typical destruction in Gaza and bear watermarks from Iraqi media. No widespread urban destruction was reported in the actual event.
