Also it is very very smart to do this during interviews. I assume he usually did not hire and never had to see them again, and so the victims are not surprised to have failed the interview, chalk it up to being nervous, and don't have a chance to connect it to any later behavior or talk to other people who know the guy. Most importantly the piss streams are probably stronger during an interview setting, which apparently is a positive in this dude's book.

It was the surreptitious in-office upskirt photos that brought him down (this is one of the things that women notice, because it is an ordinary perversion that their simple minds can comprehend). He probably could have run the piss interview scam indefinitely.
