For a scumbag like me, there is recourse, including the use of physical force to get my money back. You also seem to have a Losers understanding of how the police work. You're may get arrested, but thebDA is not so much as touching your case if there is not conclusive evidence you done something. Actually- it likely would never get sent to the DA by Investigations. As long as you haven't admitted guilt, if there is no rock solid evidence you are good to go.

That means:

- arrested;

- taken to the local jail;

- booked in;

- fingerprinted;
