I'm nowhere near that efficient. I need cash because my family consumes an enormous amount and there are lumpy expenses. Examples:
Next week is spring break - Daughter has a gymnastics camp which is an extra $300.
April - Taxes are due, another $4200 gone.
May - Insurance premiums are due. That's $2,200 for autos and $6,500 for homeowners. Planned trip to California.
June - Probably some vacation related expense or day care or something; electricity bills will go from $200/mo. to about $650-700/mo starting June
July - Planned trip to NY.
Aug - Back to school expense, an extra $3,000 easily.

gee, I wonder why you felt like shit!
Italian beef sandwiches are supposed to be greasy. 690 calories,
Polish dog is 570 calories
Bacon double cheeseburger is 1040 calories
That's 2,300 calories easily.

4% down is nothing. How is that allocated?
I think you need to prepare for 30% drawdowns at some point in your life (assuming you are fully invested).

Looks like around $1.5k retail (I don't know high MS well).
You have a lot more than those, too.
With your detailed financial metrics, I figured you'd have everything inventoried & valued.
