Redesigning a website is a significant expense and also imposes costs by changing the firm's image in the marketplace. Well run firms incur costs and change their image purposefully, as part of a strategy, not "randomly."
When firms are not being purposeful in their business activities, it is usually a sign of bad management or desperation or both. |
