weird to be reluctant to go in house even if you hate biglaw?

hate biglaw, suck at it, will get canned in next 2 years probably.
got in house offer. good pay (less than biglaw obv), boring work, good hours.
I'm reluctant to take it for some reason. Never made a voluntary big big boy job change. even though i know i wanna do this, for some reason my ass tightened up at the thought of it.
thoughts? any bros go through similar shit?

answer about whether you should take it really depends on what this job offer is all about.
i interviewed for some in-house jobs that i would've taken in a second, but then there were other ones that i had no enthusiasm for and probably wouldn't have ditched biglaw to take.
