Regarding the Duke University freshman {Miriam Weeks} female who is also a porn star, who's performer name is Belle Knox, and who was interviewed by the Duke University campus newspaper(first link below). I knew this girl (Miriam Elizabeth Weeks) relatively well in high school. She's a genuinely shitty person that would essentially do anything as long as it meant that she got as much attention as possible. She also expressed interest in porn longggggg before she even applied to Duke. She isn't doing this for feminist reasons, nor is she doing it to cover her tuition (she's said before that her parents are able to substantially help her out). Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if she is knowingly blowing this out of proportion for the sake of the attention.

Miriam Weeks would openly bash those who self-harmed (many of which suffered from documented clinical depression) whilst whining about her first world problems and self-harming herself? Or maybe the fact that she would try to break multiple couples up because she thought it was fun, and pulled the rape card after it was discovered that she cheated on a long term boyfriend would be of interest.
