Picky eating, sensitive to loud noises and certain textures, etc. kid turned four and suddenly just got over it. Was weird.
If there were complications with the second then that would definitely give me pause. Depending on your and your wife's ages you definitely start to feel that too. The third one was very draining. But those stages are temporary and things get easier as they get older (not without challenges, just different and more manageable ones).
