This is probably because 1) Being good at law school test is transferable to pretty much any school 'cept Yale, where if you don't develop your own 17-point doctrine of products liability on the exam, you will get a Pass... well, maybe an honors anyways for being provocative by sticking to black letter law. And 2) 2L and 3L curves are usually more generous. |
