1. Talk up how you want formal training and how KITA (their formal training) is great for that 2. Kirkland likes to see "presence" so confidence is all the more important; obviously dont be a total jackass but Kirkland will give you more leeway on this than most firms 3. Talk about the free-market system and how you're a "go-getter" who will thrive under this system 4. Come across as sharp and polished 5. Maybe mention how you like how Kirkland is doing well ITE and has a good balance of stable practice areas like bankruptcy, IP, white-collar, general lit |
