those stats are for the class of 2010 and are from 2007.
"The acceptance rates, LSAT scores, undergraduate GPAs, and student-to-faculty ratios reflect those data representative of full-time students in Fall 2007."
here are this year's stats for the class of 2013:
http://www.law.nyu.edu/admissions/jdadmissions/applicants/classprofile/index.htm
this trend will continue due to increasing awareness about the efficacy of test prep and the shitty economy unless LSAC requires schools to report LSAT score averages again.

26. Iowa: absolute shit, obviously in slow decline over the last decade, fantastic research faculty inflating the ranking of the school, but worthless if you want to practice even as far as Minneapolis or Chicago
27. Indiana: shit, bought their way up the rankings, places in Indianapolis and rarely Chicago
28. Boston College: better than BU, but mostly Catholic strivers anxious to transfer to Harvard, shit placement outside of Boston
28. William & Mary: so fucking awful I can't believe it's still around
28. Davis: not bad for Cali
28. Georgia: extremely underrated and very cheap
28. UNC: forgettable, must compete with Duke
28. Wisconsin: basically only worth it if you practice in WI so you don't have to take the bar, very rare placement in Chicago
34. Fordham: basically Cornell
34. Ohio State: black hole, #1 in Ohio markets and pretty shitty elsewhere, ENJOY JONES DAY
34. Washington: forgettable but go there if you want to practice in the rain
34. Washington & Lee: horrific location, horrific shit, shittastic new curriculum, do not go
38. Arizona State: good
38. Alabama: underrated faculty, extremely cheap, enjoy the SEC
38. Colorado: Denver is an insular market, best way in, but mostly forgettable
42. BYU: underrated, cheap, places surprisingly well because of the Mormon network
42. George Mason: libertarian douches and PT DC political hacks trying to become U Chicago 2.0, considers itself on par with GWU but basically another shitty degree mill in NoVa
42. Arizona: it's no Arizona State
42. Hastings: decent for Cali, but expensive as fuck and avoid
42. Utah: what the hell, go to BYU

Personally, i think the cw on this board is a bit nuts (HYS/maybe CCN or bust)...
that said, none of these schools are worth attending ITE
save your money, park yourself in a job/accounting/opto program, or otherwise avoid law school

I took a full tuition package to one of these schools. A few years ago we were placing sub-median students in Vault firms. Now, very few are even able to crack the large regional firms that used to be right in our wheelhouse. A large majority of my class will be unemployed at graduation.
That said, if you don't care about BIGLAW and you get a good financial aid package, it might be worth it to go to one of these schools. People on here overstate how regional these places are--if you get a degree from one of these places but don't want to work in the region, you can still do it. Outside of the world of BIGLAW, most of these places have a pretty good reputation and name recognition.
Even though USNews puts them higher, places like ND, Emory, and Minnesota belong in this tier.
