It needs a tip of forced selling and I think you will see double digit declines in housing prices. But then the Fed/elites didnt allow the free market to work (it should only work against those with assets) so then the Fed started buying assets and going on a spending spree again to prop up values and hence we got a slight correction, but not a meaningful one. Now its round 2 and I don't think the govt has the ability to buy it way out now. |
