Stormfront has definitely had some issues with hosting in the past. I suspect 4chan has as well
As recently as August of this year, Gab was on Microsoft Azure. Depending on how stuff was designed, it might not be entirely trivial to take something that was engineered for deployment on a cloud service like Azure and redeploy it on servers
Xoxo is small enough to escape most scrutiny
