I just had one this weekend because I was starving it was the biggest cut available. I used to think it was a prole cut, but it was the best steak I have enjoyed in quite sometime. Part of it is I have perfected my homecook steak game, but I can't really do a prime rib at home.

Lots of au jus, none of the horseradish shit to mask the delish medium rare taste
