and Rutgers is 103.

How/when did this happen? Didn't BLS used to be like 60ish and Rutgers 80ish?

Rankings are crazy volatile now due to changes in methodology. A school that has a few too many unemployed/underemployed students at the 10-month mark can drop like 40 spots if they're in that broad TTT range.

I guess employment stats is a good metric or incentive for schools to be more accountable for the outcomes of their grads.

It's good in theory, but they don't have a great metric, so it sort of works out to every decent school has 90-98% of their grads employed in "full-employment" categories (anything from shitlaw to Biglaw, traffic court clerkship to SCOTUS) so a couple of percentage points can make a big difference to your ranking when it's really quite meaningless.

I'm not being glib. I'm never glib. I have no idea how I got that reputation.

I really don't follow the rankings at all. I'm not, as you may have gathered, a particularly prestigious person.

Seems like they are putting too much emphasis on this stat and/or not properly measuring it resulting in huge volatility which undermines the validity of the rankings altogether IMO. Same school, same students, same faculty can't be 20 spots better/worse from 1 year to the next. It all just becomes arbitrary and meaningless.
