Is it possible that the kids of paint supply store owners and commercial real estate operators are maybe just too stupid or unmotivated to work in tech?
If you had the choice between hiring some autist freak who has been in coding competitions since age 4 or the local Kiwanis Club honoree who got a 4 in AP computer, who would you hire?
