Same age range-ish, more ripped than ever. Are you sure you're counting calories? Running and cutting carbs won't do shit if you're eating more then you expend, full stop. And we 30mos are sitting in front of cpus too damn much.

you need to work on your diet, and i don't mean eating well for a few months so you lose a few pounds. i mean changing the way you eat on a permanent basis.
your metabolism slows to a crawl by 40, and simple exercise is not enough to overcome bad diet. you can bust your ass running hard for an hour, and then undo all that caloric deficit with a bag of chips or some cookies or starbucks or whatever junk food you're drawn to. it's impossible to stay ahead of the game with exercise alone.
every single day i see serious runners with big guts and overall shitty physiques. cardio is not going to save you and if you really want to make a dent in your weight and change your body composition, you'd be better off lifting, although that will also cause your appetite to increase.

I got into great shape at age 32, after getting out of shape in my late 20's and early 30's. It can be done. But it takes a change in lifestyle and a lot of discipline. I count calories every day, and I measure my percent body fat every day.

I used to pooh pooh calorie counting because between being pretty active and also naturally not a huge eater I never had any trouble staying a good weight. But after babbies I did have to start being serious about what I ate and calorie counting is what works for me.
I'm about 5 months into it now and its become a habit. I consider everything I eat because I hate the idea of just adding unnecessary calories by snacking that I either have to burn off or which don't let me eat what I want later.

Calorie counting doesn't even have to mean literally looking up and going 127 calories + 132 + whatever. It's just being generally aware that you're probably at around ~X calories for the day.

Even saying "satiated" goes too far. Unless you're trying to lose weight, maintaining your weight/bodyfat isn't painful at all provided you know how to eat.

No, I'm just kidding. Aging sucks. Can't gain muscle mass worth a damn anymore and losing weight is an epic battle. Can't lose an ounce on 1,000 calories a day.

you have never had any significant muscle mass. even in your stripper pix from your early 20s, you had shit body composition. pretty standard for latinas and arabs. you guys are 'thick,' but 9/10 times it's just extra fat, not muscularity like a black chick. that's why even if you have a big ass, it's blocky and flat, not a bubble. this is why you always arch your back and stick your butt out for 'booty' pics.
Pretty much the only way to lose lots of weight at this age is cachexia (a symptom of terminal illness when your brain loses its feeding instinct and your gut can't take in any more nutrients - it's usually the final sign you're gonna die)
A lot of this is a combination of shitgenes and not maintaining an active lifestyle prior to slowing down. As you age, you need to do more to keep and gain muscle mass. Also, as we age we sometimes fail to maintain the same fitness regimens that we did when we were youngs. Why? Jerbs, kids, spending a lot of time sitting down, stress. It's much easier and cheaper to make a bowl of spaghetti after a long day at our stressful job that doesn't pay enough to make us feel financially comfortable.
I know 65yo women who ran the Boston Marathon this year. A lot of age can be flame but you have to really prioritize your health.
lol u fatties blaming genes for that extra burger or ice cream or pasta or beers you had and then complaining how hard it is to lose weight
if you want to look like the 2%, you have to eat like the 2%. eat brown rice, chicken/fish and broccoli for 12 months and i guarantee you will drop weight

early 30s is way too young to start with this excuse. when you get to 50 you can maeybe complain, but even 60's are still youung these days so there's no excuse
