1.) His mom was a producer of The Golden Girls, so he grew up with a ton of money and could do things like: a.) take a sabbatical from Stanford to do mushrooms and act like it's some sort of higher calling; b.) publish books called "The End of Faith" or "Letter to a Christian Nation" as though anyone gives a shit who he is or what he thinks.
2.) His dad, who was a literal fucking Hollywood Cowboy, walked out on his mom when he was a toddler. All of his "God isn't real and also worshipping God is bad" crap is just him saying "I'm mad at my dad and the world needs to know it!"
3.) He is unbelievably historically illiterate, but thinks if he talks in a monotone voice that it makes his arguments stronger.
Guy is a total fraud. And oh wow what do you know he's jewish. |
