Powerscore or Testmasters? Class with tutoring or just class?

I'm also considering using a tutor to help me fully understand the material as I have the financial resources to do so. Would this be helpful or is it overkill that will burn me out? |

powerscore bibles may be enough if you just want to study on your own.
my fave is blueprint though. their online program, which is flexible, has their best teachers and includes several hours of question answering/personal tutoring is I think the best bet, financially and in terms of material (get all the tests and also written material). classes are an option too. but I just think the bigger a co gets, the less likely a teacher is to be amazing. blueprint is getting pretty big. i'd go for the online course. |

Anyone I've tutored has been dumb. I'm 'tutoring' a lady who got a 120. She just isn't doing work, doesn't understand LG, is a poor reader, and she wants to go to school in NYC. We talked for an hour, for free obviously, about LS/law as a career and she seemed like she was going to cry. I felt so bad for her. |

But if you actually take time to drill LG over the next 20 days or so, you can get it down to -1 or -2 easily since right now you suck at timing. Study LR as well and it will fall into place, especially once you drill the Q types you lose the most points on. It's all just patterns and repetition. There's no such thing as a 'hard' LG or a 'hard' LR. RC, fuck that shit. It's the same 10 questions recycled every time. The score comes down when you get better at LR but also when you pay attention to RC and know what they're going to ask you.
