Got CBs at all three. All in Htown. What's the culture like at each firm?
If I have an offer from BB or VE, any reason to pick LLBL, Haynes and Boone, or Bracewell?

VE is the only cr in houston.
Bracewell: fratty douchebags.
BB: stuffy, conservative, did pretty big layoff pwnage for texas.
LLBL: not as elite as the others.
HB: no idea.

For litigation: BB, Fulbright.
For transactional: V&E, BB; AK is decent.
People used to go to LLBL because the firm was fun and relaxed. That is changing for the worse. Bracewell has done well recently because they are still viewed as having good QOL. Hayboo does have good QOL, relatively speaking.
For what it's worth, you'll be substantially more prestige with the big 3 -- BB, V&E and Fulbright.
