Started to experiment with some stretching/ body weight exercise again the past few days and feels like I’m on the right track. We’ll see what unfolds

there's a ton of youtube videos from which you can synthesize all the knowledge you need to fit your personal situation. it's not all about stretching, that's merely the first step. you need to think in terms of stability, mobility, and other dimensions that rarely get mentioned.

Right, my current sense is that lack of hamstring acitivation has been an issue for me as well as tight hips, so I’m working on hip mobility and body weight exercises that activate the hamstrings and glutes.

anterior pelvic tilt is certainly a problem for lower back. yes hit the hamstrings and glute maximus, but don't neglect the glute medius. tight hip flexors is not always best solved through endless stretching. tightness does not always denote strength, often times the opposite. dynamic strenghtening and stability work may be better. in particular, the hip flexors may be tight as overcompensation for a weak core, and so over stretching them is counterproductive.
