Have only been once and will never go again. Ridiculous for vegetarians. Also far too hot - it's like being in a sauna. Also no interest in sharing soup. Thank g-d my wife shares my opinions. |

Date: June 5th, 2019 5:42 PM Author: Curious Flesh Box Office Pocket Flask We go out for Indian 25x as often, but I like the following: - Da Sichuan in south Palo Alto - solid Schezuan from Taiwanese owners; separate extensive veggie menu - Sogo Tofu in Saratoga - more of a take-out place / small grocery, but good homemade dumplings, homemade tofu dishes, etc. - Dumpling Depot in Sunnyvale - DiLac in East SJ (Vietnamese) - Cam Hung in Sunnyvale (cheap banh mi with veggie coldcuts) - wouldn't go out of my way for it but I prefer it to Lee's - Spices in Fremont (there are 2 locations in SF and 1 in Oakland, too; used to be one in Foster City) - Su Hong in Palo Alto (NOT the Menlo Park one) is good, but pretty standard menu - it's approved by my parents-in-law Edit: - Supreme Master places (Merit, etc.) are good once in awhile, too |

Only Korean place I've been with any regularity is So Gong Dong Tofu House in Palo Alto, which has a veggie menu. |
