Now we have the people on this thread bringing up issues they hadn’t even occurred to me. I played the entire game and there wasn’t a single gay thing in it. These folks want to boycott the game because they found a secret cut scene!
King Sigismund was perpetually broke and various lords in the Holy Roman Empire would seize Jewish property at times when money was needed. The Jews were eventually expelled from Kuttenburg. Creators decide to blend these ideas and make a 3 hour main quest showing a pogrom (something occurs maybe 60-80 hours into the game). Let’s boycott the game!
Personally, I don’t think you guys are coming from a place of good-faith here because the idea that someone could think KCD2 is too liberal is completely asinine on its face. |

Kittenburg is the best city I’ve seen in any video game. It really felt like a real prosperous mid-sized city of the time period/region.
They def say all sorts of Christ stuff and there’s priests/bishops that are characters. There’s a few people who aren’t entirely on board with the state of the church but that’s consistent since this is the region and time in history where the Hussite rebellion is brewing.
Jan Zizka is a historical wild man and great character in the game too.
